MINTI PROHIBITED CONDUCT POLICY

At Minti, we are committed to maintaining a safe, legal, and ethical digital marketplace. This
Prohibited Conduct Policy ensures compliance with PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy and
establishes clear guidelines on prohibited activities. Violations of this policy may result in
account suspension, transaction restrictions, or legal action.
By using Minti, all users agree to adhere to this policy and refrain from engaging in any
prohibited conduct.
1. ILLEGAL OR UNAUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES
Users may not use Minti to engage in, promote, or facilitate:
• Illegal transactions, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Selling or distributing stolen, pirated, or counterfeit digital content.
• Unauthorized resale of copyrighted materials without the proper license.
• Hacking, cracking, or distributing malware, spyware, or unauthorized access tools.
2. FRAUDULENT, DECEPTIVE, OR MISLEADING
PRACTICES
Users are prohibited from:
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions (e.g., chargeback fraud, identity theft, or payment
scams).
• Providing false information about their identity, business, or products.
• Misrepresenting digital content ownership or licensing rights.
• Attempting to manipulate Minti’s transaction system to evade fees or restrictions.
3. PROHIBITED CONTENT & MATERIALS
Minti strictly prohibits the sale, promotion, or distribution of:
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content.
• Hate speech, violent materials, or content promoting discrimination.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or weapons-related content.
• Materials that infringe on intellectual property rights or violate copyright laws.
